What do I collect, what do I use and for what purpose?

a. Behavior and website visit data
General visitor data is kept on www.arntz.nu. If your browser sends your IP address, user name, time of request, I use this for the statistics of my website and to make the operation of my website more user-friendly. I can then see how often and when my site is visited, but not by whom. This data is made anonymous as much as possible

b. Offering services
I also use your data to help you through my actions and to improve my services.

c. Other purposes
I use your e-mail address, address and/or name to send invoices and for my accounting. I also use this information to handle any complaints and/or disputes if applicable.

Article 2 Third parties
I share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. I have concluded a processor agreement with companies that process your data on assignment to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. I remain responsible for these processing operations.

Under no circumstances will I sell your information to third parties, such as other companies.

Article 3 Inspection, adjustment and storage
If you wish, you can always inspect your personal data and have them amended or deleted at any time. Send an email to janet@arntz.nu. You will hear from me as soon as possible. I first check whether the request really comes from you.

I do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will be kept for 2 years after termination of the service. Article 4 Cookies
My website uses cookies. A cookie is a small (text) file that a website places on the hard drive of the computer when you visit my site. My website places the following cookies:

a. Cookie for Google Analytics
The website www.arntz.nu uses Google Analytics from 'Google Inc' to track how visitors use my website. I can then see how often and when my site and which pages are visited. The information obtained from the cookie, in combination with your IP address, is transferred to one of the Google servers. This could be a server located in the United States.

If you do not want Google Analytics to place a cookie, you can disable this via your own browser.

b. Social media sharing buttons
My website includes buttons to share my blog posts on social networks LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. Cookies are placed to make these buttons work. Read the privacy statements of these sites to determine what personal data these companies process via cookies and how they handle your privacy.
